- Account Deletion Request: To initiate the account deletion process, send an email from the registered email address associated with your account to contact@bizsolutionsit.com . In the subject line, please write “Account Deletion Request.”
- Verification and Confirmation: Our team will review the request and verify your identity. You may receive a confirmation email asking for additional verification details. This step is crucial to ensure that only the rightful account owner can initiate the deletion process.
- 30-Day Waiting Period: Once your identity is confirmed, your account will be marked for deletion. Please note that there will be a mandatory 30-day waiting period from the date of your request before the account deletion is finalized. During this period, your account will be temporarily suspended, and you will not have access to any course materials or account-related functions.
- Withdrawal of Deletion Request: If you change your mind during the 30-day waiting period and wish to retain your account, you can send a withdrawal request to contact@bizsolutionsit.com . This will cancel the deletion process, and your account will be reactivated.
- Permanent Deletion: After the 30-day waiting period, if no withdrawal request is received, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our system. This includes any personal information, course enrollments, purchase history, and other account-related data.
- Data Recovery: Please note that once the account deletion process is completed, there is no way to recover any of the deleted data. It is essential to ensure that you have backed up any information you wish to retain before confirming the account deletion.
